Y'all can employ the share option and send the video clip to your onedrive

. Then simply download it and edit information technology on the pc.

downloading is not the trouble,, i can do that with the xbox app on laptop aswell, i want to upload them after editing, to my activeness feed

I recommend you lot download videos from http://xboxdvr.com/ , and and so edit them with a special program, such as camtasia or vegas pro.

get-go of all i dont want to spend money on that xD vegas pro is really expensive isnt it?

2nd i want to upload them to my activity feed later on editing on pc, THAT is the trouble, not downloading...

i want to know how to UPload the clips to my activityfeed after editing them on pc... and with editing i mean cut them in half or something like that, naught too complicated and the xbox app does accept that option, still i dont understand why i cant upload them after editing, that makes the whole upload button in that app useless...

is my english really that bad that nobody understands what i mean ... ;(

Hey Bastian, I sympathize you. You lot desire to create a game clip then download it onto your estimator from the Xbox App, then trim it in the Xbox App right?

and after i trim it i want to upload it to xbox live and the activity feed. and the problem is that is says that it cant recognize the game (where the prune is from) in order to upload information technology. to upload it the app needs to know which game the prune is from or something like that i guess. but that information gets lost afterwards downloading and editing... downloading works merely fine... skid storage? i still upload clips from my xbox then that shouldnt be a problem...

We understand that you're experiencing an event with being able to upload clips that you accept edited within the Xbox Application, and have a proffer for you here.

Please attempt the following if using the Xbox App on a Windows PC:

Here are steps below on how to uninstall and reinstall Xbox app:

ane. Click Commencement, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

2. Right-click, and so select Run equally ambassador.

three. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

4. Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store and download Xbox App.

Try this out for us and let the states know if this works.

unfortunately the problem is yet there. when i hit the upload button after editing it it stil says that it is not possible to upload. the game tin non be recognized (not in this words, i have got the german version of form :)

i dont even know if this is my problem or a generel problem for everyone. is the upload push working for enybody?

is at that place maybe some other fashion to upload videos from pc to xbox live and activity feed? if it is really not possible with the xbox app

Hi Rastigan,

The simply videos that are eligible for upload is if they have been recorded using the Game DVR, if a video is taken from Game DVR and edited externally, the Xbox App will recognize the file as external and non let information technology to be uploaded.
